All participants attending the congress are required to pay registration fees. A participant can attend the congress with a maximum of three papers.

Registration includes: Physical access to all lectures. Attendance at the Opening Ceremony. Coffee breaks and lunch during the Conference. Conference Proceedings (PDF).

For international participants, payment of the registration fee will be made at registration desk. On-desk registration accepts US Dollar cash only.

For national participants, the payments can be done via online portal on the congress website (Bills & Payment).

Please note that if you have previously paid and the Scientific Committee does not accept your final paper, the payment will not be refunded. For this reason, we recommend making the payment once your paper is accepted. No refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Note: There will be no on-desk registration for domestic participants during conference.
